I hate working out in shorts, since they usually roll up, and I do Crossfit. I donβt feel confident in showing but during deadlifts or burpees.

I did a burpees, bike, squats and lunges, and a little of gymnastics. And they remained in the same way I stated the workout.

I love the biker shorts! I have pretty thick legs so the short shorts roll up, but these stayed in place all workout. Wish there was more colours! :)
I never wore gym shorts before, because they were all so short and unflattering regarding my inner thighs. This pair is amazing, it isnβt too tight on the legs, but also hugs firmly, while also compressing the belly. The material is also sturdy. I strongly recommend it.
(I am 165cm tall and 62 kg and got a size S, which fits great, but size up if you donβt have a narrow waist)
